Returns and Exchanges

UK Returns

From receipt you have 28 days to decide if you wish to return an item. Just fill out the returns form enclosed with your order. Returned items must be unused and have all the original packaging and tags intact so that items can be resold. If items are not returned in a fully re-saleable condition we reserve the right to deduct 30% of the selling price from the refund amount. When returning items you will be responsible for the cost of postage and insurance. Please use a trackable service for your return.

In the unlikely event of a faulty or wrong item being received, we will provide a replacement where possible, or if this is unavailable a full refund and free return postage (see below)

Please note that at certain busy times of the year it can take up to 1 week to process returns.

Free Returns and Exchanges

We can provide Free Postage return labels to you for items which have been wrongly sent to you or have a manufacturer's fault, please contact Customer Services to receive your label -  customerservices@brandshop.co.uk. We will also refund postage to you should you wish to exchange an item. Please keep a receipt of proof of postage.

International Returns

From receipt you have 28 days to decide if you wish to return an item. Just fill out the returns form enclosed with your order.  It is very important that when you return an item we know the order number, your details and whether you want a refund or an exchange.  Please use a trackable post or courier service.  Once received we will process the goods within 7 days.

We will send an email confirming receipt of the return and the action taken, be it an exchange sent out or a refund made to your account. Any refund will automatically be issued to the card used to make the original purchase. 

All items returned should be in their original condition. Goods will be inspected on return and any item returned in an unsuitable condition will be sent back to you.

We provide FREE returns if you have been sent the wrong item or there is a manufacturers fault - contact our Customer Services Team customerservices@brandshop.co.uk
