How do I  return a product?

We offer 20-day returns. Refunds will be given provided items are returned back to their original condition as NEW, UNWORN (i.e. as received) with their original unmarked/undamaged box and swing tags. The returned item must be in condition to sell again. Please make sure the item is not worn/damaged as we only accept unworn items in their original condition. Any worn item returned back will be refused unless prior consent has been granted. 

Please do not apply tape directly to the item’s box. Wrap the item securely in original packaging or alternative suitable packaging.

We offer free returns for all the UK customers. Please contact us for your free return label. We do not offer free returns for any customer outside the UK. If you are a customer from outside the UK, please return the item back to the following address. We recommend using a tracked signed for service.

Please note that at certain busy times of the year it can take up to 1 week to process returns.

Free Returns and Exchanges

We can provide Free Postage return labels to you for items which have been wrongly sent to you or have a manufacturer's fault, please contact Customer Services to receive your label -  sales@brandshop.co.uk. 

If the size of the item you ordered does not fit, you can get a free return and exchange for a different size. 

If you want to replace your item for a different style, we can provide a free return service but your payment will be refunded and you will need to place a new order for the replacement pair. 

Please note that our return policy applies to all exchanges.

For a faster exchange of your item, please fill in the returns form stating the size you wish to exchange for and include it with the return parcel.

If you haven’t indicated on your returns note that you’d like an item exchanged or the new size required, then we’ll automatically issue a refund for the returned item.

International Returns
From receipt you have 20 days to decide if you wish to return an item.  Just fill out the returns form enclosed with your order.
It is very important that when you return an item we know the order number, your details and whether you want a refund or an exchange.
It can take up to 21 days to receive a return, however once received we will process the goods within 48 hours. 
We will send an email confirming receipt of the return and the action taken be it an exchange sent out or a refund made to your account.  Any refund will automatically be issued to the card used to make the original return. All items returned should be in their original condition.  Goods will be inspected on return and any item returned in an unsuitable condition will be sent back to you.

Do I need to Create an Account to shop with you

If you set up an account it will save you from having to fill in the same details every time you shop with Brandshop and it will offer you benefits such as order tracking, discounts and special offers.
You can either sign up now or fill in all your details at the end of your shop.

What currencies can I use when I pay?

You can pay in Sterling (GBP) ,Euro (EUR) & US Dollars

Do you offer student discount?

Yes, we offer 10% discount on all items to students excluding sale items . Just type in STUDENT with your NUS Card Number .( Alcohol is excluded for all discounts including Student)

We are Authorized Retailers that buy directly from the Brands , so your covered  All our products are 100% genuine.

Can I place an order over the phone?

At this moment in time we only accept orders online.

Will I be charged customs and import charges?

Countries outside the European Union may incur a customs charge which will be charged once the parcel reaches its destination. These charges should be paid by the recipient.  We cannot control these charges and cannot tell you what the charges will be. There are no import duties within the EU because we ship from the UK.

We only sell Alcohol in the UK, if you place an order to be sent outside the UK it will be refunded.
